 On July26th, 2010 the Opening ceremony of National Professional Skills Competition was held at Ho Chi Minh Vocational College of Technology (HVCT). There were representatives from Ho Chi Minh Labour Invalids and Social Affairs Department, many vocational schools and colleges attending the ceremony.
